This room can be used as an additional bedroom for the flats Walmberg and Fellhorn.

Location:

• First floor, south balcony offering a splendid view of the Tyrolese Mountains.

Equipment:

• High quality furniture “Oberland Möbel”.
• Double bed with adjustable slatted frame and mattresses especially designed for the support of the intervertebral disks, bed clothes.
• Hallway: wardrobe

Shower bath/toilet equipment:

• Towels, swimming towels, bath robe. 

Other equipment:

Balcony furniture, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, lawn.

Free use of the sauna and relax area (over 100 m²) and the common room (ca. 24m²). Free parking place next to the house.

We will consult with our guests if you can bring your dog.
Bread rolls service and drinks in the house.
